Processing Time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately send your order to our vendors for order verification, customization, QA, and packaging, which may take an additional 1-7 days.

Shipping Time: Refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. For deliveries in the USA, we use DHL, UPS, USPS, which is a product of the US Postal Service. For other international deliveries, shipping times may vary.
Cost: Shipping cost may vary depending on delivery location, weight and volume. Orders over $99 are free throughout the USA.
Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that will allow you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time from your login. Please note that while most of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
