At Nativo, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. That's why we have a 30-day return policy on most of our products.
Please note that health, beauty, confectionery and food products are non-returnable.If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will provide you with a return label. However, please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. These costs will be deducted from the refund. Please ensure the item is returned in the same unused condition that it was delivered to you.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable if the product has already been shipped from Nativo.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our returns policy.We hope to process your return within 5-7 business days. Please note that if you have received a damaged or faulty item, we will provide you with a replacement item free of charge. In this case, you will not be charged a restocking fee.
