Shipping
Shipping your product is our top priority and every day we ship hundreds of products to satisfied customers around the world. However, since most of our warehouses are located in Mexico, our shipping and handling times may vary and therefore we are unable to offer next day delivery.
Processing Time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately send your order to our vendors for order verification, customization, QA, and packaging, which may take an additional 1-7 days.
Cost: Shipping cost may vary depending on delivery location, weight and volume. Orders over $29 are free throughout the USA.
*Note: Dates are estimate. Due to weather, local restrictions, customs, and official holidays applied to carriers may extend delivery time.
Shipping Time: Refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. For deliveries in the USA, we use DHL, UPS, USPS, which is a product of the US Postal Service. For other international deliveries, shipping times may vary.
Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that will allow you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time in Login. Please note that while most of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
Returns
At Nativo, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. That's why we have a 30-day return policy on most of our products.
Please note that health, beauty, confectionery and food products are non-returnable. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will provide you with a return label. However, please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. These costs will be deducted from the refund. Please ensure the item is returned in the same unused condition that it was delivered to you.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable if the product has already been shipped from Nativo.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our returns policy. We hope to process your return within 5-7 business days. Please note that if you have received a damaged or faulty item, we will provide you with a replacement item free of charge. In this case, you will not be charged a restocking fee. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please contact our customer service.
